T.P. in North Carolina reported: "I have been struggling to get in touch with these guys (HSBC NV) for months now. I have two accounts on my credit report. I did not open either account. I have disputed it, but it was not removed. The creditor’s statement "purchased by another lender" the other account creditor’s statement "account closed at credit grantor’s request" one account has $889.00 written off and the other has $871.00 written off. I can not get in touch with anyone to answer my questions about these accounts. I have an address of PO Box 19360, Portland, OR 97280. I have written them with no response and there is not a telephone number on the credit report. How can I deal with this, if I can’t talk to an actual person?"
